Olive Oil - Varietals
These 100% extra virgin olive oils come from many countries, including California, USA. We import from both hemispheres. Since olives are crushed only once a year, you are guaranteed to get the freshest olive oil possible as we rotate each six months.
We carry mostly single varietal olive oils that are not blended as it is very interesting to taste the different characteristics the olives will produce in the oil.
