Our fruit fused olive oils are all 100% extra virgin. The Meyer Lemons, Blood Oranges or Persian Limes are crushed with the olives to make these wonderfully fruity oils with no bitterness.
The infused oils are also all 100% extra virgin olive oil with pepper or herb flavoring added.
