Balsamic Vinegar
Our dark balsamic vinegars are made using up to 18 year old balsamic vinegar from Modena. They have a density of 1.20 - 1.23 and 60+ grams of reduced dried extracts per litre.
The A-Premium is made with up to 12 year old balsamic vinegar from Modena with a density of 1.13 - 1. 15 and 55 - 60 grams of reduced dried extracts per litre.
The white balsamic vinegars are made with up to 12 year old balsamic vinegar from Modena in new barrels (preventing the dark color) with a density of 1.11 - 1.13 and 50 - 55 grams of reduced dried extracts per litre.
